It’s the slow, sweet, sultry burn that comes with healing, which melts away whatever needs alchemizing.

Giving myself time, space and energy.
To breathe.
To see.
To feel.
To hear.
To listen to the truth.
To love myself so deeply.

This is not a quick journey, with a fast turnaround, but rather could take lifetimes to complete.

Repairing, rebuilding and getting to a point of healing deserves my attention. The devotion required to give myself the flood of love I need after loss, pain, suffering, sadness can not be measured, rushed, run from, or raced down.

Healing is personal.🐉
𓃭𓆃
None can tell me exactly how to do it, what it's called, how long it should take, or downplay my pain and suffering.
𓃭𓆃
Simmering in and getting acquainted with myself through each and every ripple of change, warts and all.
𓃭𓆃
Locating the root of the matter. When one relationship rips us open, it tends to reveal what else was needing a closer look all along.
𓃭𓆃
My eyes widened, I asked am I surrounded by nurturing, love, support through loss, inspiration, nature, beauty or do I need to give myself more and pay closer attention to my health and family? I do not need to feel like anything is my fault, or that suddenly I’m an expert.

Am I decoding the long line of family dynamics and is there anything that may be preventing healing? Pulling it up from the root even if that doesn’t sit well with others. What needs to shift so that I can glow into the divine I am meant to be?
